The best thing that has come out of my weight loss journey is my control on food. Food has always been my down fall. I could not go for more than 5 hours without eating something. Be it a snack or full meal. And now I go for over 16 hours. I use to have so many mid-night snacks and all had to be high in carbos. At times it felt like I was addictive to sugar. I could only fall asleep after a glass of ice cold coke. But now I dont mind hearing my tummy rumble and I can cope with the hunger. It does not bother me that much. I have come to understand that hunger passes. And thanks to soda water I dont bloat that much after a fast. And I dont binge eat anymore. It may seem like a small thing but getting myself off from food addiction was a challenge. There are some challenging days but all in all I am happy with myself so far.
