In this journey you need to keep youraelf motivated. Never give up. Never say you cant. Every little step counts. It is never going to be easy and old habits die hard. So I'm always reminding myself that I have to be strong, make the right choices and stay focused.
It took me over 15 years to become 107 heavier so it will take me a while to lose all the unwanted fats. My weight loss has slowed down but I shall not give up. GOING TO LOSE 2KG BEFORE XMAS. The battle is far from over.
