Wow, my first two days of doing the AE sports, my thighs hurt, and I thought I was in fairly good shape, since I have been running about 5 k 3 times per week. I guess it is good to change it up, and work on other muscles. Today is my day of rest, from the AE sports, but I miss my running, so that will be the focus of the day. Got on the scale this morning and lost almost a pound since Friday morning, so that made me feel good, although I will only record a weight entry once a week.
