Started my weight loss journey in Feb 2009, I have had consistent losses, some larger than others, overall it has been a slow and steady pace. I am doing the weight watcher program, and have gotten out of the habit of tracking, and or using this Web site to track my foods, so I have come back to Fat Secret to boost my weight loss, and help me loss the last 18 lbs that I need to lose, and to ensure that I become more faithful to exercise. Wish me luck in achieving my goal weight by the end of April. Now that is not to unrealistic, now is it? LOL
