Hope you feel better. Take the time you need to recover well. That is as important as your fitness plan. I may have missed it, but where are you hurting? I overdid Zumba and my hip started bothering me. I had to scale my Zumba workouts back. I thought that was so strange but it worked.

Thanks y'all, I'll be feeling better soon. It's just a bronchial infection, I get them a lot. Will be back to Zumba soon! :-)
