Just have the final bits of cold left lingering in my chest but have not had to take meds for 2 days. Looking at going back to the gym on Monday. I can't wait to get on the spinning bike again! Not taking in enough calories right now but I figure since I am not working out and not doing much but getting over this cold I really don't need them. I will increase the calorie intake on monday when I get back in the gym.
