Ok, really need to give this another go round! After praising this site to my mother in law, and to my brother in law's girlfriend, I decided to visit again myself... I was feeling pretty motivated, even thinking about busting out the wii fit for a few minutes before bed, then I remembered the wii is broken and has to go back in for service. Boo :( Well, I guess I'm going to give this whole thing another try. Last time, I felt like I was more aware of my food consumption when I was writing it down, and maybe exercising a bit more, however I started really hyper focusing, to a degree I felt was maybe just as unhealthy. In addition to my regular desire to lose weight, I have a few events this summer that I want to lose weight for, plus, the five or so pounds I lost last spring I finally gained back this fall. So, here I am. Wish me luck!
