Happy Friday FS!!
Feeling positive again today so my game plan is to drink a lot of water with hopes to deter any temptations at dinner tonight. Still don't know what is on the menu. I bought a bottle of sparkling water to drink while folks are having their drinks and / or wine. At least that is my strategy for now! Maybe eat something small that is healthy before I leave so I'm not too hungry. Don't need to take anything but thinking I will take a veggie tray...going to offer again. They don't know I am on a lifestyle change so perhaps I should come clean. I wasn't going to say anything until I got there...I guess I wanted to see if they noticed. ;-) I weighed around 185 the last time we got together. Anyway, would enjoy the get together but have moments when I think I'm going to bow out as it would be easier. I need to suck it up ... I will be facing a lot of food related functions in the next couple of months and I need to see how I really respond when I have no control over the menu.
