The last couple weeks have been a yoyo for my weight loss.
the biggest thing I need to learn to do is to be able to adjust to everyday changes and not let it get me off track.
I am firmly committed and will lose weight.
I did not get this FAT overnight and will learn to navigate this new lifestyle to get healthy.
Onward to my new life
103.8 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 31.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
