Happy Sunday! Took a sneak peak at my weight. Big mistake in not having my snacks the last couple days. My schedule has been so crazy but I need to make sure I am better at keeping my metabolism going. Eating breakfast before church and I will definitely follow the plan today and see where it brings me when I weight in tomorrow. Wish me luck.
