Yesterday had my annual cardio check-up including weigh-in, the "official" weigh-in. All the blood test numbers were good, cholesterol low and down a bit more from last year, blood pressure good.
So what did those scales read? Last year I was 100kg, this year 84KG. YES, A LOSS OF 16kg or in old numbers OVER 35lbs. Waist down by 115cm (6"). All good news. I'm now in the green area of the weight chart. Still apparently have to loose some to get to my ideal weight of 79.1kg. The weights given here are of course as clothed, so more or less it seems to relate to my own weigh-ins where clothing must account for around 1kg additional.
So, ever onwards . . . . or rather downwards!
