Looking over the past few days, I see that I'm still eating too much -- even though I'm exercising more, I'm on my feet a whole lot less because I'm not working right now, so those two elements kind of cancel each other out.
On the other hand, my dedication to recording everything is quite helpful. I remember moments when I feel like noshing on something, but then I think, "But then I'll have to write this down and face myself..." and I pass (or at least eat less!).
About to leave on a vacation, which explains the odd choice of breakfast -- gotta clean out that fridge! Oddly enough, though, the percentages of fat/protein/carbs is closer to my ideal than I've ever been able to get it...
