Omg. What a hell of a last 10 days. With all the stress in my life and the unexpected change of my diet I have lost 7 lb. How I did it was by cutting the amount of food I was eating in half. Good part I lost weight, bad part I didn't drink enough water so it could be easily water weight and cleaning out the guy. My recommendation is don't do that. I am happy that I lost the weight not happy how I did it.
