Ok I haven't logged my food and weight. mainly because I know I am eating very unhealthy for me. Like Dions pizza last night 4 slices. Never had it before and I enjoyed it, I don't think I am as glutton sensitive as my soon to be ex wife says. Moderation is the key. I'll find out later how much I gained. Oh well v
