I gained 3 pounds since my last weigh in and I do not know why. I have been following the program, not eating sweets and snacks and have counted and measured and weighed everything that I have put in my mouth. I know that my thyroid disease plays a big part in my weight loss and it is very frustrating. I have started walking around the block every evening and have gotten up off the couch and in front of the TV during the day and started doing more around the house. I am on my feet more and it is causing problems with my leg but I am willing to do whatever I can to try and loose the weight. I am putting all my faith and trust in GOD to help my through this adventure and in getting me my social security disability so that I can get my back and leg fixed.
