I weighed in this morning on my new XL-700. it's a talking scale and I wanted to make sure my son would. be able to use it. I also wanted to be. able to weigh myself to stay on track.
well I am down 11.8 pounds. Part I know can be attributed to the scales part I know is this program as I lost a large amount in the Carb Deplete week when I did this palm a few years ago.
Feeling positive.😊
