Wow, this in pretty incredible. I've been having some crazy stuff going on in my personal life. Not really reaching my 3000 calorie plan everyday. I noticed all the food I was taking in was really depleting my energy. I'm taking it easy, lifting as much as possible and I feel good right now. I'm gonna focus on getting in a lot of protein and less fat. My weight is at 112, but I feel like the muscle I have been putting on is aiding me in carrying this new weight around. When I kick doors I notice the power in those kicks! Patience is the key!
