I've not been concious of my weight goals over the last 2 months and it shows. I've re-commited myself and am sharing this here for all to see. The objective is to make me accountable
68.8 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Hey ditto for me too. we can do it. i need to get another 10kg off by christmas. thats 22.2 lbs. i am sure i can do it. you can too it cant get any more public than this LOL.
