So I've been doing the OMAD diet... Keeping the one meal to 1200 calories. Lots of water through the day and my energy level hasn't been all over the place. I've tried a lot of diets but so far this seems to been helping me shed off some weight.

There are times I do eat more than once a day however... I make sure the total meal I eat for the day doesn't go over 1200 calories.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week

How are you managing? 1.2 seems too low for omad. 😭
