So after a fast food breakfast experience, i'm already over my carbs for the day...whoops. Doing an unwich for lunch and prob breakfast for dinner, so hopefully didn't throw too much out of whack. i think now that i'm giving this another go i need a digital scale, we have a cheapo dial scale and it can be a bit fluke-y.
