Today I will not let fear stop me!
Upping my RDL to 110lbs (finally). I have been too afraid to do this! Mainly, "what if my grip is not strong enough?"

You can use wrist straps to hold the weight if your grip isn’t strong enough. It’s a strap that goes around your wrist and wraps around the weight. Very useful when lifting heavier weights!
