I'm doing ok so far, with my changes in eating routines. I've lost weight 4 weeks in a row, I'm very proud of that. I'm going to keep up that good work, and, if I can do it, anyone can. I'm a sweets junkie. It is very hard to pass up a bakery or candy shop, but I am doing it. A buddy of mine says "Small Changes", I took her advise to heart, and it is working! Thanks, Bocalvr! You have been my inspiration. :-)
