Just looking at the numbers, it seems the calorie count is too high. But I'm stoked at the QUALITY of the food I ate, and how I limited the processed junk food.
Lunch was tuna casserole I made myself last night... Dinner was mushroom burgers I cooked up myself... Even my snack, some choc. chip waffles, were homemade whole wheat ones.
Still, starting to wonder if too much variety is taking its toll...
