I keep playing with calories to achieve the weight drop to 125 pounds. This morning the number on the scales finally got down - for the first time in weeks. It turns out, one workout a day only justifies 1200 cal intake and no food after 5 pm. Maybe that has to do with my temporary switch to boxing from muay thai? I spend 2.5 hours in the gym and don't even break a sweat. Interesting: when I do 4 times as much cardio and eat 1600 cal, weight stays the same or increases. This is sad, because if I eat 1200 cal a day, I will be literally destroyed during sparring sessions.
