I keep playing with calories to achieve the weight drop to 125 pounds. This morning the number on the scales finally got down - for the first time in weeks.
It turns out, one workout a day only justifies 1200 cal intake and no food after 5 pm. Maybe that has to do with my temporary switch to boxing from muay thai? I spend 2.5 hours in the gym and don't even break a sweat.
Interesting: when I do 4 times as much cardio and eat 1600 cal, weight stays the same or increases. This is sad, because if I eat 1200 cal a day, I will be literally destroyed during sparring sessions.

This is mostly muscle gain - but fat, too.
I need to get to 125-127 walking weight so that I can fight at 120 pounds.
I am short, so changing a weight division can mean a drastic difference for me.

I have to go down to 125-126 pounds by November 6th. 7-8 pounds in 9 days. Weight just won't move anymore - that is, given the fact that I eat under 1400 calories per day, train 2-2.5 hours a day AND hit the treadmill in my lunch break. Ugh.
