±) 1383 kalori + workout Upper body, di kamar aja. Fat 110,4g, carbs 135,18g,& protein 106,69gr (Hore). Bulan lalu mulai ngegym, ningkatin protein & nambah sayuran di piring. Karna sudah mulai terbiasa jadi sekarang mulai hitung kalori for kalori defisit.
