I can’t wait till my weekly weight in tomorrow, I am tipping a weight gain, why? Well, call it intuition. I honestly believe my calorie goal is too high. I have been forcing myself to eat a maximum of 1500 calories a day, Mon to Fri with 3,000 on Saturday (I got nowhere near this last Sat) and 2000 on Sunday, which works out at 1800 calories a day per week, to be good I cut that goal down to 1500 and I struggle to eat it. In the previous 4 months I ate an average of 1,000 to 1,200 calories a day and lost 12 kgs. I know all about the survival concept and that’s why I decided to eat more.
So this week ending tomorrow, I forced myself to eat, way things to the single rice grain 🤣
I will be supremely impressed if I am anywhere near my previous weigh in last week. I’ll let you know 👍

I'm interested in how you go too. My goal is 1700 and I never get near that. I'm ranging from anything between 1000 to 1500. I don't stress about it, I listen to my body. If you're well sated, are energetic and feeling good, there's no need to stuff yourself. I'm finding that the better quality I'm eating, the less I need to eat. and it's working for me. I also do intermittent fasting, usually 18:6. In that six hours I'll eat two good meals and a small snack in between. I'm never hungry or feel I'm depriving myself, I'm just cooking and eating real food.

Mrs Murray, you are spot on, I’ve been doing this dieting on a PRO level for 40 years, I can go up or down as I please. I got onto this app and just love the features, they have put so much work into it, I’m actually hoping they win and make a few dollars. It’s more for beginners than seasoned dieters, is that even a word 👀
I’m with you 100% on what you said, in fact I know you are correct. I’m counting down the hours and just waiting for tomorrow morning 😂🤣😂
