In a nutshell, it's a lifestyle change centered on real foods and natural movement. I'm not a purist, but I do follow some simple food guidelines of no grains, no beans, and no sugar. I eat meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, nuts, some seeds, some dairy, and some fruit. You can see exactly what I eat in my diary. They are very similar. It looks like you're doing Atkins already, so this might be something worth checking out.
