F.Y.I......For anyone out there wanting to try a whey based protein powder but don't want to buy a huge can of it...I found a small can (227 g.) of Boost Just Protein - Unflavoured at Zehrs Pharmacy for $22.99.


WORD of CAUTION: Do NOT mix it with boiling water!! It is a milk product and it curdles instantly
(oops - LoL)
I did that with the 1st scoop and ended up with a chunky mess in the bottom of my Bubba coffee cup!! 🥺😖
So I then mixed 1 scoop with a bit of cold tap water and added it to my coffee - much better!! I like it and it hasn't affected me negatively - no adverse tummy issues - YET. It is labelled as 'unflavoured' but I detect a mild milk flavour but some may never taste it.

ThnQ's go out to Rishi and StomachMonkeys for converting this skeptic! This is an easy way to add more protein to my daily intake = no cooking involved! LoL
