My birthday is coming soon. A scary time for most adults, but if you are overweight( like I am) it is even scarier. I love cake, that is a big problem. Give me strength to have one tiny piece this time!

Never feel guilty eating any food. We shouldn't have to avoid cake on our birthday unless we truly want too. If you make your own you can control how fattening a slice would be. I know most people love frosting. But who says you can't have an angel food cake (fat free) with fresh strawberries and fat free whipped topping? Lots of ways to enjoy desserts without going off your menu.
