The sausage pattie and rice piaff were baked, wrapped in parchment paper, in the air fryer. 7 minutes - I had a piping hot delicious meal and...the sausage pattie DID NOT SHRINK!! 4 oz. of pure, flavourful, unadulterated meat with almost 1/2 the sodium content of name brand and no-name pork sausages. Don't get me wrong...it still has a hefty sodium content, which I will have to factor in with future meals. The rice pilaf is plain white rice, peas, carrots, mushroom and red pepper, so I added some flavour with my favourite garlic&herb seasoning. Today I eat - tomorrow I suffer! LoL
