PUTTERING...
we all do it, yet there's no "exercise" category for it....I mean, come on...
I just spent 4 hours of doing little bits of this, that and the other thing so I had to have consumed calories - right??!

Climbing up & down on a chair a couple of times to replace outside twinkle lights, trimming dead leaves off of houseplants, potting up some new house plants, polishing boots, fixing a broken broom, cleaning the bathtub, washing the bathroom floor, freaking out and having a panic attack in the MRI machine at the hospital - that one got the heart pumping wildly for a good hour and a bit ! LoL

So how does one account for 4 hours of movement where some of it was 'light intensity',
some of it was 'moderate intensity'
and I'm counting my panic attack as 'strenuous activity' because both heart rate and breathing levels were at peak performance!!
So what do you guys think...how would you rate puttering in the exercise category??
Lets see if we can develop a baseline and I'll add it to the database for future putterers to use!!

I classify puttering as housework.

Just document 1 hour of slow walking. I think that should be close to the same?

This is more so your daily activity level category :) Generally everyone has tasks they do for housework or errands or kids or hobbies. It’s the things that makes your activity level not in the sedentary category haha! But it would definitely be nice to have some kind of way to fully calculate it into our in/out
