So all week i have stayed under my calories, also i've burned more then i ate all week. I already am feeling a lot better! It probably sounds goofy but i feel as though i've been sleeping better too. Waking up and feeling more refreshed & even having less pain. Tomorrow is my first weigh in after joining fat secret, and i am pretty excited to see what happens. Hopefully i've at least lost something. Wish me luck!(:
