Hello Everyone, it's been a while.
I decided to play mad scientist on myself and see how it works. It's been a about 5 weeks since I weighed myself, logged weight on here or kept track of my calorie count.
The experiment was to see how it would go to just get eyeball the food I was consuming instead of tracking everything. I didn't track workouts either but did get some exercise in.
During that time, I lost about 13 pounds so the goal was somewhat achieved. I may have lost more but I am pleased with it. Two days ago I weighed 4 pounds more but did some massive aerobic and weight workouts and really ate lean; fish, dark green vegetables and water and coffee.
I am going to do this again for the next few weeks again and see how it goes.
