A month later, here I am.. a few pounds heavier.
Tried the liquid diet this week, but I kinda cheated. It's been a week and I lost 2 pounds so far. Should have lost more! dammit.

My weight is going up faster than usually does. What's wrong with me? I look like a whale!

Welcome back again, Drea! I have wondered about you since you last checked in. I'm sorry to hear your weight has gone up. We are still here willing to help you. I truly think that you will be better off in the long run if you just have a diet of nutritious food and exercise. It may be slower and it may be boring, but it works which cannot be said about quick loss diets. I wish you success. Stick with it!

I'm sorry you gained. I'm sure you'll get it back down in no time :D I agree I think it would work better and make it a little easier eating actual food than just a liquid diet. I know with me I could never do that. Good luck with you're weight loss I hope you have lots of success!

Sorry to hear you're struggling, but glad to see you've come back to try again. I've found that I'm more successful when I enjoy my food, rather than restricting myself to a difficult diet. If you want to see someone that has successfully met their goal using fatsecret and plain old healthy eating, trying searching for a member called k8yk - her journey is truly inspirational and shows that it is possible to succeed without torturing ourselves. Thank you all! I really appreciate all these coments! They gave me extra "gas" to keep on track in my lose weight journey. I've abandoned this website for a while, which brought me a few extra pounds on the scale, because when I am tracking my food and exercises, I feel like I can't disappoint people here, so I have to do a good job. I haven't logged in and I haven't seen these messages until few minutes ago. And I gotta say.. it felt horrible to entry my food records today. About the liquid diet, I don't know you, but I need to feel that I've lost some weight, so I can start a new routine fresh and motivated.. But oh well, I cheated. As always. Any tips on how NOT to cheat on your diet? I feel horrible, but it feels like I can't control it! Ugh

Thanks I understand how you feel as well. It's really hard for me to get to a place where I refuse to eat something unhealthy. I looove food especially the crap that's bad for you. One thing that helps me not cheat at least not as much is if I don't let myself get too hungry. I get to a point where I get so hungry and then I just grab the quickest thing I can find and binge. Hope that may help you in some way.We can do this together and lose this weight finally we just have to encourage each other and stick to it!
