Considering that Fridays are my "treat" day, this is a good result. I use the word treat, not cheat, because treats are rewards, and cheats are breaking the rules. My rules aren't being broken by having the occasional treat, they are in fact part of my plan. For myself, the language that I use matters. Cheating, for me personally, instills a sense of guilt. For those who have cheat meals/days-you do you, no judgement. I'm just sharing what works for me 💚
