I'm 55 years old and 175cm tall. My starting BMI is 31.09, which puts me in the obese range 😔
In the past I've been a bit of a yo-yo🪀 dieter, losing then regaining the same 10kg (plus a bit extra!) a number of times.
During the last couple of years my weight has crept ever higher, to its current unhealthy state. I've finally decided 'enough is enough', and something has to change. To this end, I'm making this a lifestyle change and committing to a low-carb Med style diet. On the exercise front, I'll continue with my daily walk and I've joined my local gym in order to incorporate some weight-bearing exercise & resistance training 🏋️♀️to help fight the flab and improve my overall health & wellbeing.
