I was in a plateau for quite some time and now not eating less than 2000 mostly healthy calories per day and increasing my fitness goals; a few more steps and weights. I am seeing a slow yet progressive weight loss, finally. I'm getting excited to see my twin sis and do some hiking in the Cumberland Gap and Paranormal Investigating at Brushy Mtn and other places in Eastern Tennessee.
