A twist on the salad that I've been eating each day this week as I go to the grocery store purchase some bulk items and then eat on them all week. Today for lunch I still was eating the pulled chicken, baby bella mushrooms and fresh spinach but added some pico de gallo, one Kraft mayo packet and a low card spinach tortilla. It was a nice twist from a salad and I can't believe it but couldn't finish it all. Why is it that after I finish a meal, even if I am full I crave something sweet? Is it habit? It's like..... after I have a little something sweet my brain says "ok, your finished with your meal".

I turn to hot flavored tea after a meal because I get the same craving.

I take gummy vitamins, and use them when my sweet cravings hit.

Wow I get graving for sweet also after I eat. The gummy vitamins sounds good I’m going to try that👍

Willb72 Wow. There are some supplements that my doctors want me to take. Some of them cannot be taken within 3 hours of prescribed medication. I was forgetting to take them more often than not, so I tried gummies. Not only is it easier to take them when I think about it, they taste good enough to satisfy my sweet craving. Now, I manage to remember to take the prescribed amount almost every day. It’s a win-win. I hope you find peace.

I just recently started eating my frozen grapes again. what a refreshing treat. I missed them.
