Hi, I’m new on here! I’m trying to lose a little under 10 kilo’s, 9.3 to be very exact (20.5 lbs) I’ve already lost a bit of weight, but would like to do the last kilo’s with some other support :)
I know my goal weight might seem low, but no worries, I am just very short (145cm, 4’9”). My goal BMI is therefore 18.5, after that I’ll try to maintain my weight within 3 kilo’s of the goal weight.
