Making an effort to measure foods and watch portion size.
Tommy and I went biking today and it was very difficult. Hot and probably did not drink enough water today.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
