Okay! Actually went to a proper scale, and this one measures BFP and BMR and all those nice three-letter initialisms starting with a B. I'm heavier than I thought, but my body fat percentage is only 17.9%, which is well within 'acceptable'. :) I'm aiming for around 11% body fat, and don't REALLY care what that weight will be -- if I got to a 24.9 BMI, I'd be underweight!
