your diet sounds great. probably just need patience 🥰 and i dont know your exact diet, but you could consider any of the following to break through a plateau - intermittent fasting, reducing carbs to 20g, upping protein and fat, try a tdee calculator and reduce daily calories by up to 500. all my best to you🌷

Double check to be sure you're recording every bite you eat. Double check your RDI, it changes as you lose weight. Stay the course, it will happen. Good luck!

You are doing pretty good. I looked at your food journal. I would recommend to mix up your nutrition plan a little. Cut out the cheddar cheese. It’s a lot of unnecessary fat and salt and cut out some of the cookies. Maybe only have them once or twice a week and definitely add more veggies as snacks. Like cucumber, carrots, radishes, cherry tomatoes. Also patience since you have already had great success. You got this. 👍💪

Cardio is wonderful for our bodies but we need to also strengthen and tone those muscles to help with weight loss. Muscle is our fat burning machine and helps make our weight loss results more visually appealing.

The lower you go, the harder it gets. Sometimes you just need to make a few minor adjustments to get you there. Keep pushing!

Thank you for the advice! I might add in some more strength training and switch up the foods I eat... like add in more chickpeas, lentils, and Brussels sprout

You've lost 12 pounds in two months. I'd say you've got this! Just keep doing what you're doing.
