Today is day 2 of being on the Atkins program.

This is try number 2 on Atkins. I "fell off the wagon" this spring but I am brushing myself off and getting back on my weight loss journey. I can do this!

113.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

P4:13 is my favorite verse. And... it says it in the Bible so it must be true - turn to Him for strength. Congratulations to you for your persistence and determination to lose the weight. Atkins is a healthy, easy way to change your eating habits without wandering around all day feeling hungry. This is also a great site for support and encouragement. Be Blessed!
