I know it hasn't even been a week but I got curious about my weight. I wanted to see how it fluctuates during the week.
78.6 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The fluctuations used to make me crazy. Now I do a Weekly Weigh-In each week looking at the averages. Checking sodium and a few other things. It makes it easier to see what I'm doing wrong or what I'm doing right. Hope this helps and Welcome to FS :-)

Yeah it does! I want to change up my regime a bit and gain a little more muscle so I'm trying new things

Swooy, Do you ever read the FS reports to help you? It takes me no more than 10 minutes to look then record my own journal entry for the week. All I do is copy and paste from the previous week and then change a few totals for the new week. Might look complicated but it's nothing.

I do look at the reports. I try to stay on top on how much sodium and processed sugar that comes in my body
