@papa.ibiza....menurut study dan penjelasan para Coach, protein wajib lebih pada saat defisit kalori dibarengi latihan beban,buat meminimalisir katabolik (mengecilnya masa otot).1,5 sampe 2 gr x berat badan,cmiiw 🙏
