I think I kind of went crazy on the workouts this week. That's probably why I loss more than 2 lbs. I am glad that I am in the 170s now. I am so close to my first goal! Also I am finally in the overweight category and not the obese category.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You know.. it just dawned on me that it has been 22lbs since the end of July. Changing my lifestyle has been a blessing in disguise!
