I know, I know, It's been a while.
I actually have lost about 40 lbs. I am currently fluxing around 5-10 lbs with eating and what not. I have been at my current weight for several months, so unfortunately, my weight history is going to be off.
I did end up defaulting and eating what ever I want, but with moderate exercise (which is more than I usually do), it seems to balance and I don't gain.
I have, however, hit a plateau and it's time to step things up. With my recent discovery of Monsanto and it's products, I have decided to begin purchasing organic foods from local farmer's markets. I know propaganda sucks, but genetically modified food scares me.
Anyway, Let's see where I go from here :)
