Looks very good .... What all is in it? From the list looks like bunch of good items. I need to find a 5:00 healthier breakfast I can make in minute as I clock in and start working. Drink coffee and eat while figuring out the plan for the morning. Custodian Head and do Maintenance.

And tortilla chips. I like to have my fat and carbs for breakfast, and the rest of the day protein (eggs , fish meat etc ) and vegetables
