Heaviest was 250 or so as the last few year I find the getting up and down is just well hard. I been told for years to get my weight down... Looking to get to a lower weight so it's easier for me to do some tasks... Goal is 195 in hopes of holding at 200. With the COVID and all I have stay in the 240 range. So here I'm going to keep some records and read all the interesting posts.... Still very active and work hard so I spend time messing around with odd projects in the evening resting some but not hard work, or watch a video or read about something of interest.
